Which one is best? Well it depends. If a program is stable and the
customer is liable to keep rebilling, like a good pay site or a cam site with
lots of girls, then percentage will generally work out better in the long run.
That means in 6 months or more. However if a site is small and you
think it may go under in less than that -- or it isn't really a site that people
will revisit many times -- then pay per signup is better.
